REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants).

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, innerwear).

• Customized or personalized orders.

• Items on “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

• Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).

• Timeline: You will receive the credit within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.

4. Shipping Costs

• Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, GKPV India will bear the return shipping costs.

• Change of Mind: For general returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations
